Bucanero Cigars Private Label Cigars
Bucanero Cigars’ Private Label Program offers Retailers the opportunity to sell three premium, highly rated Bucanero cigar blends as their own “House Blends” sold in their stores at a low price (and available in small initial orders). Each blend is hand made, draw tested and purge free. Each of the blends quality remains consistent from one year to the next. The cigars are available in following blends: Connecticut Shade (Mild Body), Rosado (Medium Body), and Double Maduro (Medium-Full Body) and in the following sizes: Canon 152mm x 24 (6 in. x 60), Robusto 127mm x 20 (5” x 50), and Belicoso 152mm x 21 (6 in. X 54).

Heavenly’s New Tantra Premium Botanical Cigars
Premium flavored cigar maker, Heavenly Cigar Company introduced their new Tantra line, a cigar “infused with botanical essences, including exotic herbs and spices from the farthest regions on earth.” Raaw and Trance are the first two offerings, with more to follow. Tantra’s essences, many of Eastern origin, yield an exotic, meditative, almost mystical smoking experience.
Tantra handmade cigars are a blend of choice Nicaraguan and Honduran filler and binder tobaccos, with an Indonesian wrapper. According to the company’s CEO Heather Phillips “The herbal infusion process gives Raaw and Trance subtle flavor profiles and aromas that are intriguing, but that never overpower those of the premium tobaccos. The exotic herbs give smokers a hint of wildflowers in Raaw, while Trance’s predominant character is that of night-blooming Jasmine.”
The cigars come in two shapes: a 127mm x 21 (5 in. x 54) Robusto and a 101mm x 16 (4 in. x 40) Perla, presented in boxes of 25 and 50, respectively. The bright colors and eye-catching branding are designed to stand out on retailers’ shelves. Heavenly is now shipping Tantra in both shapes, and at attractive prices.

Scandinavian Tobacco Group Launches New Generation of Cigarillos
The Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG), manufacturers of cigar, pipe, and RYO/MYO tobacco, have launched a new cigarillo concept. Capitalizing on the group’s successful Café Crème family of products, the new Café Crème Filter & Flavour is a filter cigarillo delivering a completely new smoking sensation.
Developed after consumer research confirmed the current trend for smaller aromatic cigars, Café Crème Filter & Flavour will be available in three innovative flavor combinations: Vanilla honeyswirl, Espresso rumtwist, and Caramel cream. With a built-in filter, the range is made of a blend of tobaccos from the Far East, Africa, and Brazil wrapped in a blond Ecuadorian leaf. Both wrapper and tobacco are enriched with subtle conceptual flavors that leave a pleasant taste in the mouth that is smooth, warm, sweet and creamy.
The Café Crème Filter & Flavour range will be packaged in portrait-sized tins with a flip lid featuring a new contemporary design with a swirl whose color will vary according to the flavor: blue for Vanilla honeyswirl, green for Espresso Rumtwist and warm brown for Caramel cream. Distribution will begin early 2010 in selected European markets.

Quorum Cigars Now Offered in 5-Count Tins
The J.C. Newman Cigar Company has expanded its three-year-old Quorum handmade cigar line from Nicaragua to include a new “quick-smoke” size packaged in easy-to-carry tins. The convenient format allows for easy portability while maintaining the smooth, nutty flavor of Quorum cigars.
The new Quorum tin size cigar 101.6mm x 16 (4 x 40) is handmade in Nicaragua and features aged Nicaraguan filler, a flavorful Nicaraguan binder, and an Ecuadorian sun-grown wrapper that deliver a smooth, medium-bodied flavor. The new size offers premium cigar enthusiasts a quick smoke with the same nutty taste as other full-size shapes in the Quorum line.
The tins are deep purple in color and are no larger than a deck of cards - perfect for a pocket or brief case and contain five cigars.
